Welcome To Punjab is being directed by National Award Winner Ravinder Peepat. Leading the international cast is Canadian singer and actor Sarbjit Cheema as Sukhchain, the next door Punjabi munda who is in love with Saumya Tandon as Preet, a culturally oblivious NRI. Bollywood Legend Ranjeet as Harnam Singh, takes on the role of the grandfather of Saumya Tandon. Sudesh Lehri, the comedy king plays the role of Hero Singh, a close friend of Sarbjit Cheema. Rounding out the cast is Shavinder Mahal and Dolly Minhas as NRI parents of Saumya Tandon, settled in Toronto, Canada; Vijay Kashyap and Sunita Dhir and the Uncle and Aunt of Sarbjit Cheema; Neelu Kohli and Malkeet Rauni as Aunt and Uncle of Saumya Tandon, son and daughter-in-law of Harnam Singh; and Ramna Wadhawan as the wife of Harnam Singh.
'Ek Noor' is a sincere attempt to bring across the audience the message on the noble cause of organ donation and a sincere attempt to make the audience aware of life after death. The gift of living your life through the life of another brings immense joy, satisfaction and blessings, it gives both to the person who does the good deed and to the one who receives it. Its a simple story of a visually impaired orphaned girl, Rabia who is offered a better life when a young couple makes a conscious decision of adopting her and she fills the vacuum in their lives. Then through a twist of circumstances when the protagonist comes to know she is going to die, she makes two important decisions that would change Rabia's life and another young woman's life. What'd be her second decision for that the audience has to wait and watch the movie.

Rajveer and Nihaal fight for Seerat's love, and use everything they need to use to kill each other, hockey, baseball bats, chains, and most of all weapons.
